Service Description

This 15-hour course is designed for yoga teachers looking to refine their skills in hands-on assists and creative verbal cueing. You’ll learn how to offer safe, supportive adjustments that enhance alignment and deepen your students’ experience, while also exploring how to craft clear, precise, and innovative verbal cues to guide students into postures with greater awareness. Emphasizing safety, body mechanics, and consent, this training empowers you to create more engaging and personalized classes, using both touch and language to foster a deeper connection between students and their practice.
