Lisa Bourque
Lisa is a certified yoga teacher including yoga therapy. She is also a yoga teacher trainer, personal trainer, mat Pilates and Reformer coach with over twenty years of practice. As a mother of four, she discovered yoga as a way to reconnect with herself through movement, breath, and mindfulness. Her classes are inspired by Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa yoga, encouraging strength, balance, and calm while helping students move with greater intention and awareness.

Madeline Bourque
Meet Madeline! I’m a 200hr yoga teacher. My classes have a focus on mindfulness, breath and feeling the bliss your body has to offer. I use movement, curated playlists and spiritual aspects to create a community within my classes. Inviting everyone to trust and listen to their body. I am a crystal, travel and music lover with a passion to uplift those around me.

Movement with Ken
Kennedy is a certified Pilates, Breathwork, Yoga (200-hour YTT), and Cold Therapy Coach who takes a holistic approach to movement, recovery, and overall well-being. Through mindful movement, breath, and intentional practices, she helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, build strength from the inside out, and create sustainable balance in their everyday lives.
