Fall Flow - Monday 7pm - Embodied Flow

Service Description

We will move through a series of postures designed to create some heat in the body and to kick start the metabolism. We will both stretch and strengthen with movement from head to toe! This flow class moves fluidly from one posture to another and invites you to pay attention to your body.
