Service Description

This 90 minute session will work with the subtle energy of the body, help to promote relaxation and leave you feeling lighter and more in tune with your body. We will offer Reiki, as you enjoy the Restorative practice followed by a Yoga Nidra on the eve of the full moon! Please note this offering is at Ascent Embodiment in Conestogo. (10 min) from the studio. This is a fundraiser for my friend and teacher Natasha who is battling breast cancer. I have attached her Go Fund me page so you can read her story. But being a healer and teacher, and living with this disease has left her unable to work consistently.
