This beautiful retreat includes, yoga, breathwork, *optional cold plunge, all your food, shared accommodations, a hike, time for rest & relaxation. We will offer yoga, time in nature and forest bathing. Grab a friend and come and check it out. We will be home for Mother’s Day, what a perfect treat for yourself. Friday to Sunday.
